Quebec City, January 24, 2008 – Quebec Minister for Health and Social Services Philippe Couillard speaks to the media in front of the Quebec Premier plane, a Challenger CL-601 also used as a backup plane for the Evacuations aeromedicales du Quebec (EVAQ) as an air-ambulance. Couillard announced in that the Government of Quebec will buy two new planes for the EVAQ service
